I've got it! STUNKY!!! Nah, just kidding XD!! I was thinking electric because of the super charged energy, bouncing all around!! But Smergle sounds better!! She'd paint up a story along every single freaking tree XD That energy would make sure every tree, rock and sleeping pokemon had something on them! Haha!
